Once you have raised a return/replacement request on MarinersApp , we will arrange for a reverse-pickup of your product. The delivery charges for your return/replacement will be borne by us. In case the facility of reverse-pickup is not available at your location, you will be required to ship the product to us. The shipping charges borne by you for the return/replacement will be refunded back to you in the original payment mode.
