Incase of Return/Replacement courier pickup boy will not collect any charges from you as that will be paid by us . Once you have raised a return/replacement request on eMarinersApp , we will arrange for a reverse-pickup of your product. The pickup charges if any will be need to pay us directly (We do offer free pickup of product incase of wrong or defective product on other cases return charge of 79/- will be applicable) . In case the facility of reverse-pickup is not available at your location, you will be required to ship the product to us. The shipping charges borne by you for the return/replacement will be refunded back to you in the original payment mode once we received back the product in original condition .
